From Russia is on now till 18 April 2008 at the Royal Academy, London. There is a portrait of a doctor in the exhibition (also available as a print) who cared for Vincent van Gogh after famously cutting off his ear in 1888. What is his name? Legend has it that this doctor used the painting to block a hole in a chicken coop!
